Game Above the Rim is our elite 8-week training system for high school and club-level basketball girls looking to separate from the competition.

This performance program targets basketball-critical traits:

  1. Vertical Explosion for rebounding and finishing
  2. Lateral Speed for defense and directional change
  3. Acceleration for beating defenders off the dribble

Athletes complete before-and-after testing in vertical jump, lateral agility, and speed. Progress is tracked and reported so you can see the gains, not just feel them.

This is not team practice. This is individual athletic development for serious hoopers. 

Through science-backed training methods, progressive overload, and sport-specific drills, we ensure that every session translates into measurable, in-game results.
