Speed & Agility is a 3-week, high-impact training program designed specifically for middle school basketball girls (ages 11–14) who want to gain a true edge on the court. With three sessions per week, your daughter will train like the elite—focusing on the exact movements that power lightning-fast reactions, sharper cuts, and quicker recoveries after every dig, serve, and sprint.
