Jumping Jets is a 3-week advanced vertical jump training lab engineered for competitive high school basketball and volleyball athletes (ages 14 & up) who are ready to rise higher—literally and figuratively. With three elite-level sessions per week, your daughter will train using the same science-backed systems trusted by top collegiate athletes.
This is not a generic workout—it's targeted development for explosive takeoff, stronger landings, and net-dominating power. Each session fuses performance-tested plyometrics, strength training, and jump technique drills designed for volleyball-specific lift-off.
Every athlete’s jump is tested at the beginning and end of the program with ArisPro technology, giving parents visible proof of improvement and players the edge they need to stand out.
Through science-backed training methods, progressive overload, and sport-specific drills, we ensure that every session translates into measurable, in-game results.
