Unlock your athletic potential with JumptStart, our 8-week training experience designed specifically for middle school athletes looking to get faster, more agile, and jump higher—guaranteed.
This program is built to meet young athletes where they are and guide them toward explosive progress. Whether you're new to training or already playing school or rec volleyball, JumpStart delivers game-changing results.
Each athlete completes a pre-training test in:
- Vertical Jump
- Agility Shuttle Run
- Sprint Speed (10–20 yard)
After 8 weeks of guided, progressive training (2 sessions/week), athletes retake the same tests and receive a personalized results sheet highlighting gains in each area. Every drill and movement is coached to build confidence, coordination, and competitive drive.
