MVP's eight (8) weeks programs produce gains

PROGRAMS:

  2. Above the Net for volleyball
  3. JumpStart for all sports
The athlete responsibilities to realize the gains:
  1. Take the free combine fitness tests before and after training
  2. Apply 100% effort in every drill in every training session
  3. Attend two or three (3) sessions/week during the entire program
