Who these terms apply to. These Terms of Service govern your purchase and use of the MVP Custom Jump Blueprint™, an 8-week digital vertical jump training program ("the Program"), offered by Monster Vertical Power ("we," "us," "our"), located in Charlotte, North Carolina. By purchasing and using the Program, you ("you," "parent/guardian," "user") agree to these terms.

Who may purchase. You must be 18 years of age or older to purchase. If you are enrolling a minor athlete, you represent that you are their parent or legal guardian and that you have the authority to consent on their behalf.

What you receive. Upon completing intake, you will receive a personalized 8-week training program delivered by email. The Program is a digital product licensed for your personal, non-commercial use only. You may not copy, resell, share, redistribute, or reproduce any part of the Program in any form.

Results. The Program is designed to improve vertical jump performance, but individual results depend on effort, consistency, physical condition, and other factors outside our control. No specific outcome is guaranteed.

Our liability to you is limited. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Monster Vertical Power is not liable for any injury, loss, or damage arising from your use of the Program. Our total liability to you for any claim related to the Program will not exceed the amount you paid for it.

Intellectual property. All content in the Program, including training plans, descriptions, and branded materials is the property of Monster Vertical Power and protected by copyright. The ™ marks appearing on our products represent brand claims we have made.

Governing law. These terms are governed by the laws of the State of North Carolina. Any dispute will be resolved in the courts of Mecklenburg County, North Carolina, or through binding individual arbitration, you and we each waive the right to participate in a class action.

Changes. We may update these terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated by email and reflected in the "Last updated" date above. Continued use after notice constitutes acceptance.
