Eligibility: 15 - 17U

ATTENDANCE: 3 sessions/week for 8 weeks.
FOCUS AREAS: Verticality, Agility, Speed and Horizontal Jumps.
QUALIFICATION: Previously trained with Monster Vertical Power.

Elevate & Dominate©: It is MVP’s intermediate 8-week program. Qualifying athletes are Leap & Burst graduates, 14U & up.  This program focuses on higher resistance, therefore, more gains.
